The Dentist was actually really great considering I know him personally, but the office was horrible. I was suppose to get get something sent out to return in a week. The week passed and I never heard back. I then called for 4 days straight and even sent text message and all I was told is that someone would get back with me or they were checking on it. Never heard back. A month later I finally got a message to schedule a follow up. I’ve since been to the doctor I was referred to and had surgery. Luckily the specialist is willing to take care of everything this office failed to do. What a shame. 😢

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for Amanda because she made my visit way better than I expected. She was super kind, professional, and honestly made the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. My teeth have never felt this clean 😁 She’s also got a great personality easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.

I always have a great experience at this office. The hygienist is absolutely the best! Every time I come in, she makes me feel comfortable, keeps great conversation, and is incredibly friendly and professional. She truly goes above and beyond to make the visit a positive experience. As a director in healthcare myself, I can honestly say that team members with her positive attitude and charming personality are exactly the kind of people every practice hopes to have. I would hire someone like her to work on my team without hesitation. Although I miss Dr. Olea, who I had been seeing for over 10 years, I still continue coming to this office because the team is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this office! 😊

Dr.Medina put a crown on a tooth I had recently had a root canal on. When the crown came in, it was not a good fit. He told me he wouldn't feel comfortable placing that crown on the tooth. He order another to make sure it was done perfectly. I appreciate him.

Today I went in to get my temporary crown placed and Dr Medina and DA Tristan did an excellent job. They have very good bedside manner and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable! Wonderful experience as always.
